Im a payroll admin but only admin and accountant can send payroll invites, why?

Thank you for reaching out in the QuickBooks Community, @sherwood20.

 

For now, only primary admins and company admins get all access rights on QuickBooks. These users are the ones who can add, edit, and delete employees in the program.
