Viewing Pay stubs

I have a number of employees that are having issues viewing their pay stubs.

1. This employee is required to reset password every time he logs in.

2. This employee, is not getting an invitation to view pay stub, no matter how many times I send it. I have verified his email to be correct.

3. This employee can't log in to view pay stub. I'm not sure what error he's getting.

Viewing Pay stubs

Hello @DSoto1,

In QuickBooks Online, the frequently accessed page resources stored on your browser may affect your browsing experience. They can cause unexpected browser problems like how your employees received issues with Workforce.

That said, let's consider letting them log in to the account using a private or incognito browser so we can isolate this issue. Here are the shortcut keys you can provide for easy access:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

If this works, you can continue letting them clear the regular browser's cache so the system can start fresh and improve their browsing experience. But if the same results show up while using a private browser, let them use a different browser app instead.

Meanwhile, for the employee whose having trouble receiving the invitation link, please make sure to check the Spam or Junk folder of their email. You can also share this article to learn more: Receive Important Email Messages from Intuit.
