WA-Paid Fam Med Leave Co

The church that I work for only has 12 employees and wants to pay the employee's portion of this tax; however, they are opting out of paying the employer portion since we have fewer than 50 employees. Do I enter 0% for the Employee Portion Rate and 63% for the Company Portion Rate?

Great to see you here, peachtea!

Yes, you can enter 0% for the employee portion and 63% for the company/employer portion since the church will shoulder it. I've got an article about it, you can use it as reference in the future. Please check this out: Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave (New Tax 2019).

I'm always here if you have other questions in mind.
