When i go to employees and run tax forms, it does nothing

Welcome to the Community, @brinkone-yahoo-c.

 

I'm happy to help you run your tax forms, but first, there's a couple of questions I need to ask you.

  • Can you see the tax forms?
  • Can you provide a screenshot?

By providing a screenshot and more details, I can help you determine what's happening when you try to access your tax forms. In the meantime, I recommend checking for Payroll updates in QuickBooks Desktop. You can do this by following these steps:

 

  1. Navigate to the Employees tab and choose Get Payroll Updates.
  2. Check the Download Entire Update checkbox.
  3. Select Download Latest Update, then a window will appear when the download is complete.
