Where can you find the direct deposit form on Quickbooks online? I just cannot locate it. Thanks

Hi there, Aine.

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community. I can help you find the direct deposit form in QuickBooks Online.

There are just a few steps to setup direct deposit for your employees. Here's how:

1. Click the Workers tab, then select Employees.

2. Select the employee from the list you'd like to enter direct deposit info for.

3. Choose the small pencil icon beside of Pay.

4. In section #5, select Direct Deposit from the list of options for payment.

5. Then enter the bank account information.

6. Click Done.

This article offers more information on this function: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1772563.

You'll then be able to pay your employee via direct deposit. Keep up the great work and please let me know if you have any other questions.

I’m here to guide you through the steps on how to get the direct deposit forms for your workers. Let’s go to the Employee Setup Forms screen to print them.

Here’s how to get there:

  1. In your company, head to the Taxes menu on the left panel and select Payroll tax.
  2. This action will take you to the Payroll Tax Center page.
  3. From there, choose the Filings tab to view more options.
  4. Navigate to the Filing resources section and click the Employee setup link to open the Employee Setup Forms screen.
  5. When you reach Authorization for Direct Deposit, select Bank Verification.
  6. Click View and print.

Here’s an article that provides more insights into this process: Set up direct deposit for employees. It includes instructions on how to set up your company for direct deposit as well as for your workers. Click the QuickBooks Online Payroll link to view the complete details.

Also, the links below will guide you on how to troubleshoot any direct deposit issues and set your business to use the service.
