Thanks for posting the Community space, @userdrburnettbridget.
I'll be glad to walk you through the steps on where to find the electronically sign authorization forms in QuickBooks.
For QuickBooks Full Service Payroll subscription (QBFSP), you can follow the steps below on how to use e-signature to sign authorization forms.
However, if you're using the Enhanced Payroll subscription, please know that the system will only ask how you want to sign your tax documents after entering business information. I recommend going to your Payroll Settings and manually submit the forms by adding the electronic service options.
For reference click this article: Use e-signature to sign authorization forms. It contains the detailed instructions for Full Service and Enhanced payroll.
You can also look for a third-party app if you're using a regular QuickBooks Online that will suit your business needs. You can go to the Apps menu in QuickBooks Online or visit this website: https://apps.intuit.com/.
Once done, click this article on how to set up an employee for direct deposit and how to access the Direct Deposit Authorization form.

Thank you for the information. I signed the forms when I set up the payroll and I am trying to find a copy of what I signed to add to our files. I cannot locate the documents after they have been signed in the system.
Thank you

I have already been through the setup process and the onboarding check list is no longer available. Sorry, I should have been more clear about that. Once the onboarding checklist is no longer available, where can I find the authorization forms for the client to sign?
Hello there, D9Lynn. Thanks for getting back and for the clarification.
You may need to have first the Reporting Agent Authorization (Form 8655) from the IRS website. This form designates to file and sign necessary tax returns, make and submit the Federal Tax Deposits (FTDs), and other tax payments using EFTS.
Also, there's other information that's required for you to comply with you to get the authorization forms where your clients can sign. To make sure you won't miss a single detail, I would suggest checking the articles below:
Lastly, you can check the lists of payroll reports that you can run in your QBO account when needed: Learn how to run payroll reports.
