Why did my direct deposits not go through?

None of my employees received their direct deposit payroll and it shows as being sent in my QB and I received a Direct Deposit list in my email.

Why did my direct deposits not go through?

Hi paulmartin1012,

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing yesterday morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' pays into their accounts.

The issue has been resolved and your employees should have received their funds by the end of the day.

We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment. Thank you for your patience as we took care of the issue.

Hello there, Cwi.

I know how important that your employee will receive their payroll on time.

If your employee doesn't receive their direct deposit, their bank account information might be wrong. When this happens, the money will be refunded to the business bank account within 2-3 banking days after the pay date. You can write a paper check in the meantime.

If your employee doesn’t receive their money the day after the pay date, contact us to request a direct deposit trace.

Also, if you want to print their paystubs, you can check this reference: Print paychecks and paystubs.

You can always get back to this thread whenever you have questions with printing paystubs.
