You can go to the billing section to review how much you are charged for the payroll subscription.
Here's how:
1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Under Your Company, select Account and Settings.
3. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
4. Go to the Payroll section and check the charge.
I'd also suggest contacting our Customer Service Team. They have secure access to your account and verify the charges. Here's how:
1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
2. Choose Contact us.
3. Enter a brief description of your issue, then click Continue.
4. Click either Start a chat or Get a callback.
