It took me close to two hours...
...two hours...
...to get the person on chat to correct an issue with Intuit Payroll having a monthly deadline on a quarterly state income tax payment (Minnesota).
Whether this was due to the chat person not knowing how to help, or not understanding the issue. This is totally unacceptable customer support, and Intuit/Quicken deems this their support model of choice.
Intuit railroads their customers into this support model. I guess if you want to frustrate and turn off your customer base, this is a good support model choice.
