I'm here to ensure you'll be able to view your payroll deductions, Sonny.
Let me impart some insights on how to get around the issue. QuickBooks Online (QBO) uses cache and cookies to swiftly load web pages faster on your next visit.
However, too much of it causes unusual behavior that affects the performance of your account. To verify this, let's access your QBO in a private or incognito window as this doesn't store any data files.
To open a private window, you can use these keyboard shortcuts base on the browser you're using:
If you're able to view your payroll deduction, I’d propose clearing your regular browser's cache. If the issue persists, I suggest using other supported browsers to narrow down the cause of this.
When everything is all set, you might want to consider checking this link for guidance in paying your payroll taxes flawlessly: Pay and file payroll taxes online.
I'm always here to back you up if you need more help viewing your deductions in QBO. I can also aid you if you have other QuickBooks concerns. Just leave the details in your reply and I'll take care of it for you.

thank you for your help and insite. turns out that after clearing all caches & data on chrome (several times) and trying the incognito window, it still wouldn't work. after the dots circle for some time it states "Something went wrong" Return to last window when clicking on the "add deductions" option.
I called tech support and Mya logged on my computer to check it out. turns out my case needs to be esclated and that the software engineers need to fix something with the program, as other customers are experiencing the same problem. so now I just have to wait for that. I did try again this morning, with the same results.
but again, thank you for your help!
