Welcome to the Community, superiorservicel.

To verify my understanding, do you mean one employee clocking into multiple jobs or throughout the day?

Here's how to run a payroll report in QuickBooks Time:

  1. In QuickBooks Online, go to Time, Time reports, then Payroll.
Specify the report dates and other filters as needed.
  2. Click Run report.
  3. To view details, hit Expand All or use your expand icon (+) next to each name.
  4. To print a report, press the printer icon at the top.
  5. Click the printer icon.
  6. Select Print.

I've also included a few detailed resources about working with QuickBooks TIme which may come in handy moving forward:

Correct, multiple job sites per employee.  Currently I manually enter time in the time activity per customer to keep track of time on site per weekly visit, I do not bill on that information but use it for future pricing.

Hi there, @superiorservicel.

Currently, QuickBooks Time doesn't offer the option to view multiple on-site job times per employee. However, you can create jobs and switch between them as needed. Let me guide you through the process.

To create a job, here's how:

  1. In QuickBooks Online, go to Time, then Assignments. Or, in QuickBooks Time, go to Jobs or Customers.
  2. Select +Add, then input a name, and click Save.

For more detailed information, you can visit this article: Create and manage jobs or customers for QuickBooks Time.

To switch to a different job, follow these steps:

  1. Select Time Clock, then do one of the following:
    • From the list, choose a job or customer, and click Clock In.
    • If there are no jobs or customers listed, choose Clock In.
  2. If you want to switch to a different job or customer, pick it from the list, and hit Switch.
  3. Once you're done working, click Clock Out.

To know more about the process, you can refer to this article: Track and submit your time in QuickBooks Time web.

Just in case you want to set up and manage time off, you can check out this article for more guidance: Set up and Manage Time Off in QuickBooks Time.
