Glad to have you here, CASellenbaeth. Let me provide you with information on why an employee may have been able to establish a login in QuickBooks (QB) Workforce even without receiving an invitation.
It is possible that the employee was previously invited to QuickBooks Workforce by another employer and already has an account set up.
If you want to invite them as your employee, ask them for the existing email address associated with their QB Workforce login credentials, and then send them the invitation.
On the other hand, if they are using a new email address and are not associated with a QB Workforce login, and you have invited them but they haven’t received the email, ask them to check their junk mail or spam folder. If they still don’t see the email, you can resend the invitation.
I'm dropping these articles on managing your employees' pay stubs in QuickBooks Workforce, which provides guidance on viewing pay stubs, time off, and year-to-date pay, as well as troubleshooting issues if you are unable to access your pay stubs:
I also recommend utilizing the QuickBooks Payroll service. It offers access to certified QuickBooks Payroll experts who can provide personalized help with payroll tax queries anytime. This service helps handle employee contributions and deductions in the program.
