One of my employees has an android and has successfully downloaded the app, has all permissions correct and the app itself shows it's compatible with his system. He is unable to find the "dashboard" and also cannot clock in - any suggestions for this? Is there another access point to clock in on the android app?
We have also reviewed previous clock in steps provided on the support page, no luck.

Yes, his android is fully up to date.
He has re downloaded the app multiple times and still no luck.
All the other settings are also up to date on my end and for the other associates.
Currently his screen only has the ability to request time off, review time sheets - no "dashboard" or "clock in" area like the other employees have.
