Workforce

I have several employees that are unable to access their workforce accounts.  How can I reset them so I can resend them an invitation.  It seems once they are signed up there is nothing I can do to help them.

Thanks for becoming part of the Community, abs1006.

If your employees are unable to sign in to QuickBooks Workforce, it's possible they've forgotten/lost their user ID and/or password. In the event they have access to their phone number and/or email address on file, they can still access their accounts.

Here's how:

  1. Visit Intuit's sign-in help page.
  2. Enter the phone number, email address, or user ID associated with your account.
  3. If you've entered a phone or email, Intuit will send you a text/email with a verification code. In the event you entered a user ID, choose which method you prefer.
  4. You'll need to enter your verification code, or follow the instructions in your message. You may be asked for a little more information to confirm you're the account holder.
  5. When a prompt appears to reset your password, you can either create a new one, or select Skip.

Once an employee is back into their QuickBooks Workforce account, they can change their email address, phone number, and/or password if they need to.

If an employee has lost access to their phone number and/or email address linked with the account and are unable to sign in, they'll need to submit an account recovery request. They can fill out and send their Proof of identity form while viewing our Recover your Intuit Account article. Intuit processes these requests within one business day.

I've also included a detailed resource about working with QuickBooks Workforce which may come in handy moving forward: Invite employees to QuickBooks Workforce

If there's any questions, I'm just a post away. Have an awesome Tuesday!
