An application error has occurred while processing your request : 10000

Hey there, @root52.

 

Welcome aboard to Community. I'm happy to assist you with your error. 

 

This error can be caused by stored temporary internet files in the system. Below I have included a couple of steps to resolve this error for both browser and QuickBooks Online application:

 

Depending on which browser you're using, here are the instructions for all supported browsers on clearing cache and temporary internet files. 

For the application, let's reset the app data:

  1. Under the QuickBooks menu, click Sign Out.
  2. Click the Help menu, and then choose Reset App Data.
