Hello there, tara17,

 

The app's data might have been corrupted. That's why you're getting this error message. Let's reset your app data to resolve it.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Help menu at the top of the screen.
  2. Select the Reset App Data option on the drop-down selection.

Anyone having trouble updating invoices on the app? I keep getting this error: Unexpected Error Line order does not match

Thank you...I don't have a help menu that has that option in the drop down. I'm using an iphone with the quickbooks app from the app store. I deleted the app and re-installed and I'm still getting the error on the iphone and my ipad...but not on my mac.

  1. Go to the main Menu, and tap the Help icon (?).
  2. Tap the Help & Support arrow.
  3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  4. Give a brief description of your issue, then click Let's talk.
  5. Choose either Start messaging or Get a callback.

It has been resolved, Rsinnen.

 

Since you're still getting the same error, I'd recommend reaching out to our Phone Support team. We have agents there that verify what's causing the error. 

 

Here's how you can contact us:

 

  1. Click the ? Help icon.
  2. Enter, Talk to a human.
  3. Enter, Unexpected Error Line order does not match as your keyword.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Click Contact us.
