I suggest contacting Quicken Self-Employed to help transfer your data. They can download the information for you and import it to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

After saving your data, you can then import it to QBO. Just a heads up, you can only import the following information to QBO:

Yes, you can transfer your data from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
You'll need to export your data or transactions from QBO and import it through.CSV File into QBSE. And, please take note you can only import list transactions. Like, Charts of Accounts, Product and Services, Customer and, vendor.

Once done, you can now import your exported data into QBSE.
