I can't get Web Connect to load, says I need 2015 version or higher

There might be an old version installed on your computer. This can cause issues when installing a new one. To fix this, I recommend uninstalling it and installing a new one. 

Here's how: 

1. Open the Windows Start menu, then look for the Control Panel. 
2. Find and select Uninstall a program.
3. Locate the old QuickBooks Web Connector version and click Uninstall.

After that, follow these steps:

1. Download the installer.
2. Right-click the installer download, then choose Extract All.
3. In the extracted folder, right-click the .exe file, then choose Run as Administrator.
4. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
