I have a n online subscription to QB Advanced; I want to have a CD that I can down load to; I have a Desktop Pro 2019 but cannot activate it

As I know you can't convert data from QBO to an outdated QB Desktop version (e.g 2019). You can purchase a 3rd party service to convert data to QB Desktop 2020. Another option, try converting data to QB Desktop 2021 and you can use the trial version to access the file for good.
