While we're unable to contact you, you can use our messaging option to get in touch with our Customer Care Support. Please check out our support hours and reach out to us at a time convenient to you.

 

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
  4. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
  5. Select Start messaging or Get a callback.

You can also provide us the details of your concerns here. We might be able to resolve this without contacting our support team.

Sadly this does not work any more - it goes to chat, then a questionairre on name and email then a blank chat window.

I appreciate the time and effort you've spent to reach out to our chat support agents. I'll personally share your feedback with our Customer Support Team regarding this one. We'll be able to take action on improving our customer service.

 

We have limited staffing and have reduced our support hours to 6 AM-6 PM PT Monday-Friday due to COVID-19. In this case, I'd suggest requesting a callback from our support agent. This way, you won't have to wait on the line.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Help icon on the top right. 
  2. Tap the Contact Us button at the bottom. 
  3. Enter a short description of your concern. 
  4. Tick Continue
  5. Choose Get a callback to connect with our support.
