I need to change my printing of W-2's from four up to 3 up paper How do I do this?

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), changing the option to print W-2s from 4-part to 3-part perforated paper is pretty fast. Please refer to these steps below:

1. In QBO, go to the Gear icon at the top right to get to the Payroll Settings. 
2. Click the Preferences tab, then select Form W-2 Printing Settings. 
3. Choose the I'm planning to print on 3-part perforated paper radio button.
4. Hit OK to complete the process.
