I received a warning "QuickBooks found some problems with your company file, but don't worry! You can fix with (File/Utilities/Rebuild Data)

Welcome to the Community, @bcaldwell1. Thanks for trying the steps to fix the company data problem. 

You can manually correct it by locating the error within the qbwin.log. Search the specific error you've received in the QuickBooks Desktop Support site to get an article with the steps to resolve the error. 

In case you can't find an article for the error, I'd suggest you contact our QuickBooks Desktop Support for help repairing your company file.

Utilize the File Doctor tool to fix it. If the problem persists, contact and ask Intuit Data Service to fix it. Otherwise, consider purchasing a 3rd party file repair service.

I understand you have the same problem on your company file, @Markcas1112. I'm here to ensure everything is in order.

There are currently no known issues related to the error message above. I recommend verifying and rebuilding data to resolve data integrity issues on your file. I'll show you how:

To rebuild data:

1. Open the File menu, then go to Utilities >and select Rebuild Data.
2. Once prompted to back up the file, click on OK.
3. If the message Rebuild has completed appears, hit OK.

To verify data:

1. Open the File menu.
2.  Go to Utilities.
3. Select Verify Data.
4. If you see the message QuickBooks detected no problem with your data, click on OK. 

If this wouldn't resolve the issue, I suggest you fix the company file and network issues with QuickBooks File Doctor. This also helps repair any common issues on your files.
