To change the settings of your Ingenico Lane 5000, I highly suggest contacting their support team. One of their support agents will be able to provide the steps on how to do it. You can use this link to reach them: https://www.ingenico.us/support/help.
On the other hand, the option to replace the QuickBooks logo with your company logo as well as accepting signatures through the terminal is currently unavailable. I can see how having this option would be helpful for you and your business.
You can send a feature request directly to our Product Engineers. They're always looking for ideas to consider on how to improve QuickBooks. Here's how to do it:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Tap on Send Feedback Online, then Product Suggestion.
- Choose a feedback type and product area on the QuickBooks Feedback window.
- Enter your suggestion or feedback, name, and email address (optional), then click on the Send Feedback button.
Aside from that, you can also search for a third-party application that can capture signatures on the Lane 5000.
