Hi bethanyleighspar,
Sometimes, error messages are caused by a browser-related issue. To fix this, let's do some troubleshooting steps.
Open your company in an incognito or private browser using the shortcut key below:
- Chrome press Ctrl+Shift+N.
- Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl+Shift+P.
- Safari, hold down Command+Shift+N.
Go back to Banking page and try to connect your PayPal account. If you're able to connect without the error message, you can clear the cache on your regular browser by following the instructions here: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?.
On the other hand, open your QuickBooks Online account on a different browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari).
Otherwise, reach out to our Customer Care Support to check what's causing this error. Before doing so, please check our support hours here: Support hours and types. Then, follow these steps:
- Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
- In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
- Enter your question and click Let's talk.
- Select Start messaging or Get a callback.
Let me know how it goes or if you have any other concerns. Thanks.
