Let me help you get the support you need to get you back on track and be able to work on your books this weekend.
Since you're unable to succeed with the activation, I recommend you proceed with contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools and access to check your account and assist you further with the installation process.
Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu of the company file, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Hit the Contact us link.

- Click Search for something else.
- Enter your concern, then tap Search.
- Click on Start a Message.
