Buy nowMy hard drive crashed, I had Desktop Pro 2018 installed and backed up onto an external hard drive. Problem is I can't find the product key. The only software I can find is Desktop Pro 2015 that has a product key. The account I used to register software has long been deactivated so can't log in. None of by backed up company files will import into the 2015 due to being a newer version. Is there a way to get my 2018 product key or what are my options to open my backup files. I can't afford to upgrade to new version and need to access these files as soon as possible.

As long as you registered your product, you can always find your product and license number in your account management portal (CAMPS). Otherwise, I'll show you other ways to locate your product information.
If you bought a digital version of QDBT from our website, you can search for your product info from the original purchase confirmation email received.
