As long as you registered your product, you can always find your product and license number in your account management portal (CAMPS). Otherwise, I'll show you other ways to locate your product information.

If you bought a digital version of QDBT from our website, you can search for your product info from the original purchase confirmation email received. However, if you purchased it from a retail store, you can look up the product details on the original packaging. Here's an article for more details: Find QuickBooks Desktop license info.

If you still can't find the product number, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Support Team. That way, they can get a closer look into your account and assist you further in locating the information you need.

Here's how:
 

1. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter a brief description of your issue and select Let's Talk.
4. Then choose a way to connect.
