Buy nowHi all,
I've bought a new computer on the same Windows 11 Home OS as my previous ones. For my very small business it doesn't make sense to use QB Cloud services so I've continued to use my QB 2016 Pro software. I tried to reinstall the program on my new computer probably a half a dozen times but it stops the download about 15% into the process and it freezes [says "Installing VC9"]. I have to cancel and retry.
When I ran the Troubleshooter it says I need Windows XP which is not true. All my previous computers have been Windows Home. Any ideas?

Generally, after a trial period for QBDT software ends. You will need to purchase a license that suits your needs if you wish to continue using the QBDT Enterprise. Importing your data involves multiple steps to properly migrate your information. Since your QBDT account has expired, you must reactivate it to proceed. You can also create a backup file to secure a copy of your company's data.
I recommend checking this link for features and benefits of QBDT Enterprise for information about licensing options and costs. You may check for different plans, including options for converting a trial license to a full license.
