Join nowReinstalled QB 2021 Desktop for Mac. I cannot reset Admin password. I have used forget password feature and still will not work. This was also after updating Mac to Sonoma, I know huge mistake.
I have my license code, but it has not been asked to be used. I went to my account and said redownload.

As you've already reinstalled the QBDT for Mac program and you're utilizing the 2021 version, please know that you won't have access to live technical support, the latest critical security patches, and other updates for your file since the 2021 version was discontinued last May 31, 2024.

I am aware I no longer have support for QB2021. I have followed all the directions to the letter to reset password. When I enter the new password as an admin, it is not excepted. I have reset several times with the same response. Any other suggestions.
I spent 2 hours with Chat and phone support with Apple and was able to get it to work. I will never ever shut down my computer and minimize QB forever. Thanks for you help and suggestions.
