I have called into Quickbooks support multiple times, but they have been of little help. I created a new attach folder and I copied all of the old information into the new folder, and I have tried to press the "repair links" button in the documents menu, but it does nothing, just freezes up quickbooks to the point it shuts down and I have to restart the program again. Is there anything else that I can do?
I completely understand the need to resolve the freezing attachments, and I want to thank you for reaching out to our support team. I'm here to help guide you through some troubleshooting steps so you can get back to working order, Chxcomex.

-Repair attachment links button --> does nothing, just freezes QB
-QuickFix File
-QuickFix Program
-Quickbooks File Doctor
-Verify and Rebuild
And yet the problem still persists...our attachments are not working and it has become an enormous issue for my whole team. More than 10 years of attachments are seemingly gone...but we have over 70gb of them in the folder!
Attachments provide context and evidence for transactions, which is essential for accurate accounting, @chxcomex. I can see the importance of accessing this in QuickBooks.

We've never had luck with repairing the Document library, especially after installing on a new computer. As you said, QB crashes.
You can look manually and try to put old docs into the new library... You can open the old docs, but the file names aren't helpful to a human.
You should ask a third-party service provider to fix your problem.
