Join nowThanks for posting in the Community, @venkatbairneni. I'm here to route you to the right support in fixing the error when passing TxnDate from XML to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
Here are the possible reasons you're getting the error:
To help fix this, you can review the characters and fields in the XML data. This is to ensure everything is correct when passing TxnDate from XML to QuickBooks.
Also, we have a separate and dedicated forum that handles integration and programming issues for QBDT, such as this error. I'd recommend posting your question from there. This way, our product developers can provide you an accurate resolution to help you resolve the error. I'll guide you how.
See the screenshot below to show you the last two steps.
Additionally, there are two options on how you can record your bill payments in the program. You can use either the Pay Bills feature or Online Bill Pay. These will help you manage your payables for different vendors. To learn more about each option, I'd suggest clicking the links below.
I'm just a comment away if you have other concerns. Enjoy the rest of your day, @venkatbairneni.

Hi, venkatbairneni.
As mentioned by @RaymondJayO, you'll want to make sure the data being sent doesn't include any special characters. If you're still getting the same error, you can go to our developers' team website and ask a question from there. Developers are the testing team who are responsible for reviewing each feature separately. They can help you verify what is the cause of this error and prevent this in the future.
To get there, you can follow the same steps mentioned above.
In addition, I've included these articles for your future reference: Income And Expenses.
Please let me know if you need anything else. I'd be happy to help.
Thank you for reply.
Already post question in Developer team. But no one responded
Thank you
Good day, venkatbairneni.
I'm here to help and guide you to the right support who can assist you further.
I appreciate the screenshot you've provided. I'd like to check this for you and get it taken care of myself. However, my access to the tools required to do this is limited and I won't be able to check your account without asking for sensitive information.
All third-party applications (non-intuit) will no longer have access to their software. You can check with XML support or third-party developer's website for further troubleshooting steps on how to pass the information into QuickBooks. They should be able to sort things out and get this working for you.
You can visit these articles to help you manage your bills as well as bill payments in QuickBooks:
Use Online Bill Pay in QuickBooks Desktop
You can always get back to me if there's anything else you need. I'll be around to help you out.
