I purchased the quicklook for Mac, downloaded it, but the icon doesn't come up. when I drag the download to the applications file, it just tells me to double click. When I do, it just shows the same message over and over telling me to drag it. I think the problem is the download does not show the correct QB icon, but it does say it was downloaded? Help!

If you're getting the same problem after reinstalling the software, I'd recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks for Mac Support Team. There they can help you identify what causes the hurdle and can help you fix the problem in a secure environment. Here's how to contact us:
That should get you on the right track, @weathertopfarm. Please let me know how it goes. I want to make sure this issue gets taken care of. Have a good day!
Don't drag the downloaded file to the applications folder, double click the downloaded .dmg file to mount it. Once mounted you'll see the application, drag that to your applications folder.
