Your issue requires pulling up the QuickBooks qbwin.log file. This file store messages about unforeseen conditions, fatal error messages, and other issues when you run the Verify and Rebuild tool.
In this case, I highly recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Technical Support Team. They have more tools to pull up the qbwin.log file and provide resolution specifically to your company.

Were you able to find a solution? I am having same error in my rebuild/verify. Its the only error in the report, so it's very frustrating that I cant find a fix. Anyone else have any solutions?
here's the line of code form my Log file.
attributecontainer.cpp (3606) : MESSAGE: 5628: Sun Apr 19 22:40:10 LVL_ERROR--Error: Unable to read company file attributes - owner id = {8DFA6C49-14E4-48C9-BD8B ...} .
verify.c (15639) : CHECKPOINT: 5628: Sun Apr 19 22:40:10 Verify Rebuild: AttributeContainers took [removed] milliseconds. ErrorFound:1
Thanks for joining in on the thread, CAAFL.
If the Verify and Rebuild process doesn't automatically fix the error, I'd recommend reaching out to our Technical Support Team. They can review your company file and will provide additional troubleshooting steps to fix it. You can follow the steps provided by JaneD on the earlier response.
Let us know how this goes so we can also follow up on this.
Ask Intuit Data Service to fix your file. Otherwise, consider purchasing a 3rd party file recovery service.
