If you want to delete your QuickBooks account, you can cancel your subscription. Let me show you how to do it.
Here's how:
- Open QuickBooks Self-Employed.
- Go to Gear icon ⚙ and select Billing Info.
- Choose Cancel now, then enter your feedback when prompted.
- Select Cancel subscription.
Your account will be deleted from our system after a year or two. You can still view your account, but you're unable to add any data to it.

If you are referring to Bank accounts, you can delete the data permanently. Below are the steps on how to do this:
- Go to the Gear icon ⚙.
- Select Bank Accounts.
- Find the account you want to delete, and from the top-right, click the Trash icon.
- Type Delete to confirm.
- Choose Delete to permanently remove the account.
