There are times that too much data in the mobile app can cause issues when performing a specific task. This might be the reason why you're unable to sync your data from the web to your mobile app. I'll share some steps that can resolve data issues when using the QBSE mobile app. 

 

First, make sure to update to the latest version of Android or the latest version of iOS (the app needs iOS 12.2 or later to work properly).

 

Then, update the mobile app using the steps in these articles: 

 

 

Once done, log back in check if you can already sync and see your data. You might also need to uninstall, then reinstall the app just in case the issue remains.
