Which bank account are you trying to update? This way, I'll be able to see if there are related issues with your bank.
The Banking Error 571 means the sender is not authorized to send to the destination and can happen due to server-wide or the bank is unable to authenticate you. In the meantime, you can manually import your bank transactions using our WebConnect feature. See the steps below.
Step 1: Pick a date range:
Step 2: Download transactions from your bank:
For the rest of the steps, here's the article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
The following articles list different bank error codes and detailed troubleshooting steps to resolve them:

I'm with PNC Bank. I can't link PNC to quickbooks online so I can't manually download statements into quickbooks, what do I do?
I can't add the credit card because it's a PNC Bank card.
Hi HNoel,
There's a connection/link for PNC Bank credit card account. You can try that out. If you can't connect, they might have a different link for the account type you have. If this is the case, you can manually import your transactions.
You may ask your bank how to get your transaction list in a CSV file. If they only offer XLXS, you can save a CSV copy of it so you can export it to QuickBooks.

I am unable to connect to ProFed Credit Union
Hi there, @pqstfr.
I want to make sure you can connect your ProFed Credit Union to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Before we start, did you receive any error message when trying to connect your bank account to QBO? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated. This way, we can provide the best resolution depending on the error received.
In the meantime, let's log in to your QBO account using a private browser. The browser you're using may have a data issue that's why you aren't able to connect your bank account. To open a private browser, press this shortcut key on your keyboard:
Once logged in, go back and connect your bank account again to double-check. If this works, they need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If they get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.
Once you're able to connect your bank account to QBO, the system will automatically download the transactions. Then, you may want to learn how to categorize and match them in QBO. This way, you can put your bank transactions in the correct accounts.
It's nice working with you, @pqstfr. Should you need any additional assistance while connecting your bank account, you can leave a comment below. I'll be sure to get back to you.
It is error 571.
I have tried 3 different browsers, and private and incognito tabs. I've had the same problem over and over and over. I called my bank and they said there's no reason on their side that I should be having this problem, but they just switched over to a new online banking system and there's a pop-up that appears when I go to their website that I have to click okay on before I'm able to login. Could this be the problem?
Hello there, pqstfr.
Thanks for following the solutions shared by my colleagues and letting us know the result. I’m here to help and guide you on how to resolve the error.
We’ll have to review the bank feeds connection to see the root cause of the issue. Performing this step requires us to open the account.

They’ll check if ProFed Credit Union’s new online banking system is the root cause. Then run in-depth troubleshooting to get your online banking working back to normal.
Here’s how to reach them:
