You can use a private or incognito window to rule out cache problems in your browser. Here are the shortcut keys:
Next, go to the QuickBooks Online (QBO) page and add a subscription again. If it works, you can clear your browser's cache. This removes the webpage data that's causing the issue. If a private browser doesn't work, you can use other installed supported browsers as another option.

QBD 2014 is outdated. You can use the trial version of QB Desktop 2015, 2019, and 2021 to update your file gradually and convert it to QB Online.
Where can I find the link for the trial versions of QB Desktop 2015, 2019, and 2021?
