we are a non profit and did a donation to tech soup so that we can download Quickbooks premier desktop 2021.  I recieved a License number and product number form them.  Please help.  We are a non profit Impact Charity Services

I have Quickbooks 2007 with the license key.  Is there any way I can download and install it?  I keep getting an error message #1926.

Old QB Desktop versions need Internet Explorer to run and Microsoft has removed it in Win 11. You can try installing and running QBD 2007 in compatibility mode but you may also encounter annoying error messages. Consider using a newer QB Desktop with a non-subscription license to run on Win 11. Contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA and they will recommend an option for your case.

Changing the permissions didn't work.

It won’t run incompatibility mode because it won’t even install because of the permissions, but I have full permissions

QB Desktop 2007 needs old Microsoft Visual C++ to run and Windows 11 won't support it. You should purchase QB Desktop with a newer version to run on your computer.

In my opinion, the best place to find old manuals is on Ebay.

You can install using the last Release version (i.e R17). Why do you have to stay on R5?

You can install the QuickBooks Desktop 2016 version. As the older version is no longer available on our website, the latest version we can provide to QuickBooks Desktop Premier 2016 is R17.

However, you can use third-party merchants to install the QBDT 2016 R5 version.

In the meantime, if you want to install our latest QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) the R17 version, follow the steps below:

1. To get the download link for your version of QuickBooks, visit the Downloads & Updates page.
2. Select your country, product, and version.
3. Click Download.
