Start with clicking the Reload icon beside the QBO URL, or press CTRL + F5 on your keyboard. If you're still unable to open QBO, try doing it using a private window.
You can go back to your previous browser if you're able to access QBO there. Then, clear the cache and restart the browser for the changes to take effect.
You can also switch to a different browser to access your QBO account.
