We have tried the way mentioned in  How to fix Error 6123, 0. document. Run QuickFix my Program didn't resolve this issue. Run File Doctor is hanging on checking the file for about 12 hours but it still running. How long will it take?

Actually, the file that we cannot open is "Sample_Pro.qbw" file, which is downloaded from QuickBooks 2024.

Just to clarify, is your QBDT file saved on an external or network storage device? If it is, I recommend transferring it to your local drive and running the QuickFix my Program once again.

My file is already on local disk. 

For the system requirement, it only mentioned 64-bit/all 64-bit. Is this contains ARM64? Or only AMD64?
