Reinstall Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2020 and restore from backup? I do not have a cd driver in the laptop.

Let me help you to reinstall your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). Please follow the steps below:

First, you'll need to download QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2020.

Once the download is finished, let's proceed to install your software:

1. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooks.exe).
2. Follow the onscreen instructions. Accept the software license agreement and then select Next.
3. Enter your Product and License numbers. If you don't have your license number and product number with you, visit this link for the steps in finding your license information. 
4. Then select Next.

5. Decide which install type is right for you.

When the installation is completed, QuickBooks will ask you to activate and update it. 

Once done, let's restore the backup copy of your company file. Here's how:

1. Open your QuickBooks, go to the File menu and select Open or Restore Company.
2. Select Restore a backup copy and then Next.
3. Choose Local Backup and then Next.
4. Browse your computer for your backup company file. It should look like this: [Your company name].qbb.
5. Pick a folder to decide where to save your restored company file. Then select Open.
6. When you're ready, select Save. If you see any messages about possibly overwriting your data, select the option that best fits your needs. Don't overwrite anything unless you know you want to.

Our computer crashed.  When we enter the license number and product number for the last quickbook we purchased on 04/06/2020, it says it is incorrect.  We need the download in order to reinstall our files.

i have 2019 qb online and need to reinstall on a new laptop (hard drive failed). this would be a new install and download.

Login to your CAMPS as mentioned by Rose-A to find your license information. Otherwise, Support won't recognize your license and you should purchase a new license. 

Has anybody got a solution to reinstall quickbooks pro desktop 2020. Lost my digital copy I bought a few years ago. Still have the key. Mine has become corrupt and searched all 6 hard drives for a copy. I need to either replace my hard drive where it is installed or format the drive and start over. Been having issues with it opening to a 1 inch window tab in windows 10 or it will open with the home screen a 2 inch square and I have to tell it to go to full screen. Been using QB Pro for 15 years about. Do not want to go to a cloud based QB.  I need help getting this to reinstall. Any ideas. Intuit does not seem to have a way to get a copy. They do have my key still on my Intuit page.
