SE app not tracking my trips. I have tried everything asked for by the app troubleshooter to no avail. I have cleared safari cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, whatever asked except I can’t find clear cache for the app. What do you guys suggest?

I appreciate all the troubleshooting steps you've taken to get this fixed. 

 

Since none of them work, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Support team. Agents have the tools to check your account and help you troubleshoot the issue.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Assistant menu from the top bar.
  2. Enter Talk to a human and select I still need a human.
  3. You'll now be provided with support options that are available at that time.
  4. Choose if you'd like to Message an agent or Get a callback.

Having the same issue since iOS 15 came out. It’s intermittent and support has been non responsive. They jacked up the price 50% and they’ve been giving no support for this issue.

Thanks for chiming in on this thread. Let me share some insight on this issue. 

 

After researching this a bit further, I've discovered there's an on-going investigation (INV-64166) with tracking trips on the mobile app. This means that other users are having this same problem. 

 

We're unable to provide you with a particular day of when this will be fixed. However, you can contact our Customer Support Team to get added to a list of affected users. You'll receive email updates about the issue once you're added. 

 

Our team is working hard to get this problem handled as quick as possible. 

 

Let us know how the phone call goes. We want to ensure that you're added to the list successfully to receive those updates. Take care!

That’s been the problem. No one has responded even though it now seems many of us have been complaining. It didn’t work today again after working the past few days.

 I'm here to help provide some updates about the mileage tracking not functioning in the iOS mobile app. 

 

I've checked here on my end that the investigation is still open about the Automatic mileage tracking not functioning in the iOS mobile app. Our Product Development Team is currently working to have a permanent fix within the quickest time. 

 

For now, I recommend giving our Customer Care Team a call so they can add your account details to the list of affected users. This way, they can send you an email update as soon as a fix is implemented. You can follow the steps provided by my colleague GlinetteC on how to reach them.
