Well done on performing some of the recommended troubleshooting steps, jehs392291. Let's perform another one to isolate this error and then route you to the best help who can investigate its cause and guide you with its appropriate fix.

To start, have you also used other supported browsers? If you haven't, I'd recommend doing so to narrow down the issue. Here are the ones supported on both web and mobile devices:

  • Google Chrome: version 78 or newer
  • Mozilla Firefox: version 76 or newer
  • Microsoft Edge: version 79 or newer
  • Safari: version 12 or newer (Mac only)
  • Opera: version 68 or newer
  • Samsung: version 10 or newer

On the other hand, if the error continues, I encourage you to reach out to our Customer Care team. They can open a case to conduct a more thorough investigation and get this fixed in no time.

Also, I'd recommend categorizing your transactions to organize your financial data and allocate them on the correct line of your Schedule C.

I'll be here in the Community if you have other concerns about accessing your QBSE data. Please don't hesitate to leave a reply below.

Yes. I’ve tried multiple browsers on both the laptop and phone. Still not resolved.

Thanks for the prompt reply, @jehs392291.

Let me help you access your data in the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account.

Before anything else, I'd like to learn more about what specific data you're trying to acquire or what specific area you want to open in QBSE.

In the meantime, I agree with what my colleague suggested about contacting the QBSE Care Team to find the root cause of the issue and find a resolution.

Also, I'll add this article to learn how to connect bank accounts in QBSE: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

For additional questions about managing your data in QBSE, leave a reply below. We'll be willing to lend a hand. Keep safe, and have a good one.
