Transactions from August to December 2023 are not showing up and there is an error when I try to upload the CSV from my bank. What can I do? Thank you in advance!

You can attempt to download the transactions using an incognito or private window. Sometimes, accumulated cache in the browser can disrupt the connection between your bank and QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

Here are the shortcut keys:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
• Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
• Firefox: press: Shift + CTRL + P

If you've successfully downloaded the transactions, close the private window and return to your regular browser. Afterward, clear its cache to remove any stored junk files. Alternatively, you can try using other supported web browsers to further troubleshoot the issue.
