Join nowIf you are not using QBD 2020, try restoring on the trial license. Another option, call and ask Intuit Data Service to fix it. Should you need to resolve it in due course, consider purchasing a 3rd party file recovery service.
I.ve got the same problems. Have Quick Books 2017 and now I lost 3 monthys of data unless it can be recovered. Purchasing Quick Books 2020 or paying a third party to solve Quick books screw up is not the answer. And of course they are not available because of the Coronavirus.
Really angry
Hi there, rqa.
Thanks for following up on this thread.
The current outbreak of the virus certainly has just about every business on edge with the required restrictions. While there have been some temporary changes made to our phone support operations, agents are still available and would be happy to help you.
I recommend reaching out via the chat option. Here's how:
1. Press the F1 key on your keyboard.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter Support in the field and click Continue.
4. From here you can choose the chat function to message an agent.
This link provides these steps if you'd like to bookmark them to have in the future: Contact the QuickBooks Desktop Customer Support Team
You're welcome to reach back out here if there's anything else I can assist with. Take care!
