2020 Desktop Pro
I went thru all the steps, even installed Peachtree on a computer I did not want it on, just so it could all be on the same machine. This should be able to be done from a backup of the Peachtree database. And this was also because Quickbooks would not let me install on my Windows 7 machine that was running Peachtree.

Call and ask Intuit Data Service to convert it. Should you need to resolve it in due course, consider purchasing a 3rd party conversion service.

No the help provided has been very limited and now you want to charge me to get up and running on Quickbooks. I am probably just taking the product back as support at Quickbooks seems to be sub-par.
