We have been a T-Sheets user for some time and exchange data with QB 2020 Accountant Desktop .
It appears that this week that the Web Connector no longer is working. I see there is a QuickBooks Time Web Connector as well as an Integration. The articles I read discuss NEW installs, not conversion. Looking for any help, advice, experience with freshening things up.
FWIW, I am also having some update issues with QB DT, but do not think that is the problem based upon the messages and articles..

This link, which I have already read, and you have quoted, is wholly inadequate.
I believe in your first sentence you are incorrectly interpreting the second sentence of the article's first paragraph.
This sentence indicates you can create a new account, not that the integration is ONLY for a new account.
The entire section "In QuickBooks, make sure:" is inadequate. Maybe those that do this frequently know, but for those that do this once it is totally gibberish. So, for example:
I assume this means in Preferences (Edit => Preferences), but I do not know where to find "Use Time data to create paychecks". I also see a "Company Preferences" tab, not a "Company WIDE Preferences".
Not finding "Do you track time?" any where.
Please detail these steps.
Again, my question was specifically about upgrading an existing T-Sheets web-connector integration, including what do I do with the existing (old) web connector?

Before digging into this further, I'd like to know more about your issue. Can you give us another more details that could help use understand exactly what isn't happening when you sync between the two products? If time isn't exporting, are you receiving any errors?

We got a QBWC1085 message: There was a problem with the log files...
Clicking OK opens the QuickBooks Web Connector 2.3.0.207 Dialog box.
I think we clicked on Troubleshoot and got taken to a web page. Do not have the URLs saved. What I have currently available is attached. Please let me know what else you may need.
Searching brought me to some links on QuickBooks Time Webconnector and the Integration option. I have assumed, maybe incorrectly, that we needed to upgrade. If there is something that needs to be freshened up, super.
We can not currently do billing for the last 2 weeks.
Open to short and long term fixes.If there are benefits to the Integration it is not clear (ie side by side comparison of features would be nice).
