As an initial troubleshooting step, I recommend clearing the browser cache. If the cache becomes too full of older data, it can potentially cause viewing and performance errors within QuickBooks Online. Clearing it will force the system to refresh and get everything back to running smoothly. For example, here's how you'd get this done in Chrome:
1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
2. Select More Tools, then Clear Browsing Data.
3. Change the time range to All Time.
4. Only check Cached images and files.
5. Click Clear data.

I have no problem with browsers like Chrome; it's QB Online 'browser' v 4.1.2 that comes up blank. How do I clear its cache or troubleshoot? When I have a ledger or reconciliation report to print a new QB Online window appears but it is blank. FYI This problem persists on different PC's.

We've received similar reports from other users like you who are unable to print reconciliation reports because of the blank screen. This is a current issue, and our Product Team is aware of it and is looking for a permanent fix for this unusual behavior.
In the meantime, you can use the supported browser to access your QuickBooks Online account and print the reconciliation report. For additional reference, feel free to check out this article about how to view, print, and export reconciliation reports: Manage Reconciliation Report.
I'd also suggest contacting us so we can add you to the affected users' list. This way, you'll receive an update once there's an available fix. To contact them, click the Help icon in the upper right-hand corner. From there, select the Contact Us button.
