Where do we find and print copies of previous years (2019

I've got some handy details to help you find and print copies of previous year's data, @thomas33.

If you mean you want to have paper copies of your transactions in 2019, we can export them through an Excel file. From there, you can print the data.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
  2. Select the Transactions menu.
  3. Choose the correct TypeAccount, and Date.
  4. Click the Download icon on the right side.

  5. Once done, open the Excel file, and from there, go to the File menu and select Print.

If you're referring to printing copies of certain reports like Profit and Loss, Tax details, or Tax summary, you can follow the steps below how:

  1. From your QBSE account, click the Reports menu.
  2. Select the report you want to open.
  3. Choose the correct date (2019).
  4. Click the View link.

  5. Lastly, select the Print icon.

Moreover, let me share these links to help you handle transactions and your Annual tax info:

If you mean other things, please let me know by getting back to this thread. I'll be around to provide you with additional details and help you get back to business. Stay safe!

Where do we find and print copies of previous years (2019

I need copies of my complete 2018 and 2019 tax returns. 1040 and Schedule C.  Where do I find, or how do I request?

I'm here to help you get the data that you need, thomas33.

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) can provide you with copies of your tax returns from the most recent seven tax years. You can request copies by preparing Form 4506 and attaching a payment of $50 for each one.

Once the IRS receives your request, it can take up to 60 days for the agency to process it. If you filed your taxes with a TurboTax CD/download product, your tax return is stored on your computer.

For the 1040 form, you can print a copy for free at any time by logging into your TurboTax account. You can contact our TurboTax Team to help you get the form.

Meanwhile, QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) lets you download the tax summary or details to see your estimated taxes. It includes the tax payments you've made in the system.

Please know that tax calculations are based on your income, expenses, projections, and tax profile. To get a copy of the data, please follow the steps I've outlined below.

  1. Click Taxes.
  2. Select the Annual tab.
  3. Choose a year from the drop-down.
  4. Click the arrow next to Email tax details, then choose Download tax details or Download tax summary to get an Excel file.

For your QBSE account, I'm adding this link that covers all the information about the process: Pay federal estimated quarterly taxes in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Keep me posted if you still need help with printing a copy of your tax returns in QBSE. I’m more than happy to assist further. Enjoy the rest of the day.

Thanks for chiming in on this thread, Shiela. You can access your W-2 forms in the QuickBooks Workforce, and I'll be happy to guide you on how.

Since a W-2 form is a document that contains information about an employee's wages and taxes, it appears that you are using QuickBooks Online (QBO) or QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) since this is unavailable in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If your employer has invited you to QuickBooks Workforce and you've completed the account setup, you may view and print your W-2 from there. To do that:

  1. Sign in to workforce.intuit.com.
  2. Go to the W-2 menu.
  3. Choose the W-2 copy you want to view or download.

Otherwise, you may reach out to your employer and have them invite you to QuickBooks Workforce. I'll attach the article, depending on your employer's QuickBooks subscription, to guide them on how:

Furthermore, you can run reports in QuickBooks to get an overview of your payroll taxes, wages, and contributions. Doing so ensures accurate data during the tax filing.

Please don't hesitate to swing by the Community whenever you have further concerns about obtaining your payroll forms. I'm always available to address your queries. Take care, and have a good one!
