The W2 were processed incorrectly and one is missing.  I have called in multiple times and do have a case number.  The reps can find the case number but cannot give me status as I am trying to report additional information.  I cannot get to a person who knows anything, but they waste my time (for hours).  I cannot access CHAT.

Can someone please help me

I suggest performing the steps through a private/incognito window. The private window will not save any history, making it a good place to identify browser problems. To save you time, use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P


If it works fine, you can go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use another supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the results.

 

I'd also like to verify what caused your W2 to be processed incorrectly and provide you with the status of your case. However, I'm incapable of pulling up an account here since Community is an open forum.
